We use bodyweight movement and endurance practices as tools—not goals—to support physical health, energy, and awareness. Along the way, we integrate simple coaching conversations that help couples reflect, adjust, and stay consistent without pressure or extremes.

OUR Approach
At DuoFit, movement is the starting point—not the destination.
We use simple bodyweight movement and endurance practices to help couples move more regularly, build energy, and reconnect with their bodies. These sessions are practical, accessible, and designed to fit into real life—at home or outdoors, without heavy equipment.
Alongside movement, we integrate brief coaching conversations. These are not lectures or therapy sessions. They are short moments of reflection that help couples notice what’s working, what’s not, and how to adjust without pressure.

Meet the Coaches
DuoFit is guided by two people with complementary strengths—coaching and endurance—working together to support sustainable health.
Nitesh brings a coaching-led approach to health and lifestyle change. With a background in coaching and behaviour change, his focus is on helping individuals and couples build awareness, consistency, and routines that fit real life. At DuoFit, he supports reflection, habit-building, and the conversations that help people stay engaged without pressure.
Nikitha brings years of lived experience in endurance training, including national-level podium finishes in cross-country running. More importantly, her journey has given her a deep understanding of pacing, recovery, discipline, and long-term physical resilience. At DuoFit, she guides movement and endurance in a way that supports health, not burnout.
Together, they believe that sustainable health is built through simple movement, shared intention, and learning to listen to the body—over time.
